But the prime minster was quick to calm the herd down by croaking that this does not mean that an imminent attack is forthcoming. "ASIO's director-general Mike Burgess said Australia's security environment had become more volatile and unpredictable.
"More Australians are being radicalised and being radicalised more quickly," Mr Burgess said.
