Now, After Roe v. Wade has Fallen, the Left are Frantic! By Charles Taylor (Florida)

Protests are in full swing in the US, and it is early days yet, but there have been incidents where flame throwers have been used against police. The main concern of the Left is that the potential is now open to revisit other sacred cases of the Left, since the conservative judges have opted for an Original interpretation of the constitution, meaning if it is not in the print, it is not a right. The Left judges held to the “living constitution,” meaning that Left wing values decide what is in the constitution, such as homosexual marriage, which would have stunned George Washington. Anyway, as Justice Thomas has indicated, a whole range of previous SCOTUS decisions can now be revisited. This will surely prompt the drive to stack the court with ten thousand communist judges, just to get things back to the hellscape that it was since the 1960s.

Protests erupted across the country following the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. WadeIn major U.S. cities, pro-abortion protesters violently clashed with law enforcement on Friday.

Washington, D.C.

Antifa-linked pro-abortion group Jane's Revenge vowed to undertake a "night of rage" after the Supreme Court's ruling on allowing states to make the final call about abortion. Black bloc protesters wielding umbrellas marched through the streets of Washington, D.C.

The group chanted slogans such as, "If abortion ain’t safe, neither are you," "If we don’t get it, burn it down," "Every city, every town, burn the precinct to the ground," and "F*** the church, f*** the state, we won't let them decide our fate." The protesters burned American flags.

Footage from the protests were provided by Fox News associate producer Lisa Bennatan, Post Millennial correspondent Hannah Nighting, Washington Examiner's Matt Miller, and TPUSA contributor Drew Hernandez.

New York City

At least 25 people were arrested in New York City during protests on Friday night. The mob targeted the News Corp building – the headquarters of Fox News. Video from Oliya Scootercaster shows vandals scrawled graffiti on the News Corp building and chanted, "Shame," and "F*** Tucker Carlson!"

Los Angeles

Pro-abortion protesters shut down the 110 Freeway in downtown Los Angles. El American field journalist Anthony Cabassa captured the moment a vehicle drove through the blockade, and a man slams the car with a pole.

Pro-abortion activists clashed with LAPD officers. Fireworks were launched at police officers, and a man attempted to burn cops with a homemade flamethrower, Post Millennial editor Andy Ngo reported.

Seattle

A pro-life woman was attacked and pepper-sprayed by Antifa, according to Post Millennial reporter Katie Daviscourt.

Journalist Jonathan Choe said he was harassed by Antifa members – who knocked his phone out of his hands while documenting the protest.

Portland

Videographer Mason Lake was reportedly assaulted by Antifa while covering the abortion protests in Portland. Before his camera was slammed out of his hands, video shows graffiti at the federal courthouse.

There was a small fire lit at the federal courthouse in Portland.”

The Left see the wider significance of the overturning of Roe v. Wade:

“On Friday morning, the Supreme Court issued its opinion overturning Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey—the two decades-old Supreme Court cases that together guaranteed abortion rights in America. The opinion, authored by Justice Samuel Alito, undoes the constitutional right to abortion and returns the right to regulate the procedure to individual states. The decision will likely lead to the criminalization of abortion, at all stages of pregnancy, in about half of the United States.

When news of this was revealed in a leaked opinion in May, advocates made clear that if Roe were to be overturned, it could lead to the decimation of other Supreme Court cases that depend on the same legal principle: these include Griswold, which guaranteed marital couples the right to use contraception; Lawrence, which undid sodomy prohibitions in the US: and Obergefell, which legalized same-sex marriage nationwide.

In their dissent, the three liberal justices make this same point. But in his opinion, Alito pinkie swears that this is not what is afoot here: “The dissent suggests that our decision calls into question GriswoldEisenstadtLawrence, and Obergefell. But we have stated unequivocally that ‘[n]othing in this opinion should be understood to cast doubt on precedents that do not concern abortion.’ ”

“Enraged pro-choice protesters vowed to descend on the homes of the six conservative Supreme Court justices on Saturday after posting their addresses online in the wake Roe v. Wade being overturned.

The pro-abortion group, Ruth Sent Us, started circulating the justices’ addresses in the hours after the high court struck down the landmark abortion case Friday and as violent protests broke out nationwide.

Dozens of protesters showed up outside Justice Clarence Thomas’ home overnight, chanting “no privacy for us, no peace for you!” and accusing his wife, Ginni, of being an “insurrectionist.”

Some also brandished signs reading “Thomas is a treasonous turd” and “Off with their d—s.”

The protesters were planning to target Thomas’ home again on Saturday, as well as the residences of Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, Samuel Alito, John Roberts and Neil Gorsuch, according to posts on social media.

The same pro-choice group has been posting up outside the conservative justices’ homes for weeks — ever since a draft version of the opinion was leaked.

President Biden last week signed a bill to establish around-the-clock security for the justices and their families in the wake of protestors targeting their family homes.

Protesters holding baby dolls and dressed in blood-stained clothes targeted Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s house last week.

And California man, Nicholas Roske, 26, was also arrested outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home earlier this month after he allegedly admitted to planning to kill him because he was enraged over the leaked opinion.

Despite Biden calling for protests to remain peaceful in the wake of the Supreme Court’s decision, chaotic scenes erupted across the country.

At least 25 protesters were arrested in New York City, activists clashed with cops and set off fireworks in Los Angeles and SWAT teams in Phoenix had to fire tear gas from the windows of the Arizona Capitol building to disperse hundreds of people demonstrating outside.”
