How to Catch a Fauci, By Chris Knight (Florida)

Covid king, Dr Fauci, who did so much to get the gain-of-function research happening at the Wuhan Institute of virology, was given a pardon by President Biden. He no doubt breathed a sigh of relief thinking that he had got away with it, just like shoplifter who has made it out the door. But the shoplifter may run into police on the street and be nabbed. That seems to be what is happening now.

Biden's broad federal pardon for Dr. Anthony Fauci, covered possible federal crimes dating back to January 1, 2014. This timeframe coincides with the Obama administration's supposed halt of funding for gain-of-function (GOF) research.

Biden's stated intent was to prevent Fauci from being investigated or prosecuted at the federal level. However, this pardon does not shield Fauci from state-level investigations or legal consequences.

A coalition of 17 Republican state attorneys general, led by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson, has launched an investigation into Fauci's role in the Covid pandemic response. They are focusing on allegations of mismanagement, misleading statements, and suppression of scientific debate during the pandemic.

The attorneys general sent a formal letter to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) and Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) on Wednesday, urging Congress to take action. They cited findings from the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, which released a report detailing Fauci's alleged misconduct. The letter calls for Congress to use all available tools to ensure Biden's pardon does not prevent accountability.

Congress has the authority to refer findings to state officials, who can pursue legal action under state laws if violations are identified. The attorneys general have requested detailed information from Congress to guide their legal actions.

The House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic made several damaging allegations against Fauci:

1.Efforts to Discredit the Lab Leak Theory

oFauci played a key role in orchestrating the paper The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2, which dismissed the possibility of a lab leak in favor of a natural zoonotic origin theory.

oThe lab leak theory is now widely regarded as the most plausible explanation for the pandemic.

oFauci may have wanted to push the zoonotic theory to avoid blame on China and conceal his own involvement in funding research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).

oEcoHealth Alliance, a nonprofit organization, funnelled NIAID funding to the WIV. Its subcontractor, Ben Hu, was the lead researcher on gain-of-function studies on coronaviruses—and he is suspected to be one of the first known Covid 19 patients.

2.Misleading Congress About Gain-of-Function Research

oFauci manipulated the definition of gain-of-function research in a way that misled lawmakers.

oHe repeatedly claimed under oath that the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and NIAID (which he directed) had not funded gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab.

oThe subcommittee report concluded that Fauci's testimony was at minimum, misleading, since the funding was funnelled through EcoHealth Alliance.

3.Obstructing Transparency and Avoiding Oversight

oUnder Fauci's leadership, NIAID promoted a culture of evading the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to shield communications and records from public scrutiny.

oNIAID failed to properly oversee EcoHealth Alliance's work, allowing it to distribute millions in taxpayer-funded grants without proper accountability.

oFauci admitted to signing off on grants without reviewing them.

4.Censorship and Vaccine-Related Concerns

oFauci led a coordinated effort to suppress scientific debate about the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines.

oThe report suggests he played a role in a propaganda campaign that contributed to serious vaccine injuries and deaths.

In addition to the state-level investigation, Congress is escalating efforts to obtain further evidence against Fauci and other officials:

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) announced that the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee has subpoenaed 14 federal agencies related to Covid19's origins and taxpayer-funded gain-of-function research.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wisc.) issued a subpoena to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for Fauci's emails, Covid19 vaccine safety data, and other pandemic-related communications.

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson has publicly condemned Biden's pardon, calling it a "shameful attempt to prevent accountability."

Wilson and other attorneys general have vowed that if any state law violations are found, they are fully prepared to take legal action against Fauci.

While Biden's pardon shields Fauci from federal prosecution, it does not prevent state-level legal actions. With multiple state attorneys general investigating Fauci's conduct and Congress uncovering new evidence, he could still face serious consequences for his alleged role in misleading the public, funding risky virus research, and suppressing dissenting scientific voices.

In the end, there may be justice for humanity which suffered under the monstrous Covid plandemic.
