Here is one for the books. While the articles at the blog today update the situation on the adverse effects of the Covid jabs, a topic of vast importance since people are getting ill and dying, the Pfizer CEO has said that people spreading misinformation about the wonderous jabs, are “criminals.” They have supposedly cost millions of lives, while, as he sees it, the vaxxes have not, and are life-saving. Now while there are fringe hypotheses that are likely to be incorrect, such as the vaxxes containing microchips, the Pfizer CEO most likely has in mind criticisms such as those made in the blog today, such as the occurrence of aggressive cancers after the booster, immune suppression and roaring excess mortality. He most probably has in mind people like Dr Robert Malone, rather than some minor internet site. In other words, “misinformation,” would encompass all that falls outside of his narrative, including, presumably, a critique of the Pfizer trials. Is that a scientific attitude?
“People who spread misinformation on Covid-19 vaccines are “criminals” and have cost “millions of lives,” Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla said Tuesday.
Speaking with Washington D.C.-based think tank Atlantic Council, Bourla said there is a “very small” group of people that purposefully circulate misinformation on the shots, misleading those who are already hesitant about getting vaccinated.
“Those people are criminals,” he told Atlantic Council CEO Frederick Kempe. “They’re not bad people. They’re criminals because they have literally cost millions of lives.”
Bourla’s comments come as millions of eligible adults in the U.S. have yet to get vaccinated even though the shots have been available to most Americans most of this year. Public health experts say misinformation is likely playing a large role.
According to a survey published Monday by the Kaiser Family Foundation, more than three-quarters of U.S. adults either believe or aren’t sure about at least one of eight false statements about Covid or the vaccines, with unvaccinated adults and Republicans among those most likely to hold misconceptions.
Among the falsehoods are that Covid vaccines contain microchips, cause infertility and change one’s DNA, according to the survey.
Bourla said Tuesday that life for many people can go “back to normal” once many of the unvaccinated get vaccinated.
“The only thing that stands between the new way of life and the current way of life is, frankly, hesitancy to vaccinations,” he said.”
The Pfizer CEO did not show up at the EU Covid-19 panel to tell everybody why doubting his narrative is so wrong:

“Bourla a no-show again at EU COVID-19 panel
The Greek-born Bourla declined to testify before the European Parliament’s Special Committee on the COVID-19 Pandemic for the second time.
A Dec. 2 letter from the Pfizer CEO seen by POLITICO stated: “Since the October COVID hearing, we have no further information to share with the committee, so [we] respectfully decline the invitation to again revisit these issues.” Bourla earlier pulled out of a planned testimony before the committee in October 2022, which would involve tough questions from lawmakers about how secretive vaccine deals were struck.
The Pfizer CEO’s decision to not show up followed an audit report into the European Union’s vaccine procurement strategy. Following the report, new questions were raised about the multibillion-euro vaccine contract inked by Bourla and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. The drug executive testing positive for COVID-19 a second time, despite being fully vaccinated and boosted, also played a factor in his refusal to testify.
Pfizer International Development Markets President Janine Small took the stand in place of Bourla. According to the company, Small “has been identified as best placed to support the committee in meeting their objectives.” But the committee deemed Small’s answers as lacking, leading to a second invitation for Bourla sent Oct. 28.
Meanwhile, Pfizer confirmed in a statement to the Associated Press that Bourla is still serving as the pharmaceutical company’s chairman and CEO. Recent reports alleged that Bourla is resigning from his post.
“Albert Bourla continues to serve as the chairman and CEO of Pfizer. Any claims to the contrary are false. The COVID-19 vaccine continues to be safe and effective for protection against severe disease and hospitalization,” the company said in an email.”
