In other words, sugar creates the need for even more sugar and fat in a self-reinforcing feedback loop. Consequently, one needs to break the loop and move to healthy food, with healthy carbohydrates such as fruits, in moderation, and nutrient rich vegetables. In short, beware of all highly refined foods.
