I am not a lover of 1960s style pop music, but icon Mike Jagger of the Rolling Stones fame has done a song which has some criticism of the Covid ideology. He may not personally believe the conspiracy bits, but it is good to see this getting out there.

“Rock legend Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones teamed up with the Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl on a COVID-themed song as Summer 2021 approaches.

The track, “Easy Sleazy,” was written “about eventually coming out of lockdown, with some much-needed optimism,” according to Jagger.

Mick added, “Thank you to Dave Grohl for jumping on drums, bass and guitar, it was a lot of fun working with you on this – hope you all enjoy Eazy Sleazy !”

The song begins by criticizing the “pr*cks” who bossed people around during the pandemic, possibly mask Nazis.

“We took it on the chin, the numbers were so grim, bossed around by pr*cks…”

Next, the tune mocked fake crowd noises at sports games and travel restrictions.

“Looking at the graphs with a magnifying glass, cancel all the tours footballs fake applause, no more travel brochures, virtual premieres…”

Jagger also made fun of dancing TikTok nurses, Zoom meetings and the unhealthy lifestyle the pandemic pushed many people into.

“That’s a pretty mask, but never take a chance TikTok stupid dance.
Took a samba class I landed on my ass, trying to write a tune you better hook me up to zoom. See my poncey books teach myself to cook, way too much tv its lobotomizing me.”

In the final and most controversial verse, Jagger touched on Bill Gates, the COVID vaccine, mind control, flat Earth, global warming, religion, aliens and the Deep State.

“Shooting the vaccine, Bill Gates is in my bloodstream, it’s mind control. The earth is flat and cold it’s never warming up, the arctics turned to slush. The second coming’s late, there’s aliens in the deep state.”

While Jagger is likely mocking those who believe Bill Gates has a depopulation agenda or that COVID vaccines could be harmful, the lyrics are vague enough that one could perceive the song as promoting “conspiracy theories.”

Talking with Rolling Stone Magazine, Mick said he put the “conspiracy” bits in the song because he has friends who believe in or ask questions about these topics.

Multiple friends of Jagger, who is fully vaccinated, said they wouldn’t be taking the COVID shot because they “don’t agree with it.”

The singer admitted when the vaccines first came out, even he wouldn’t “want to be the first to take it.”

The new song was intended to provide a positive outlook for people after COVID lockdowns caused psychological strain on millions.

Regarding the government-mandated shutdowns, the Rolling Stones frontman said, “It’s a long time for people to have to endure that. [Also] the deep psychological ramifications of it on people and children not going to school and not socializing. We don’t know what they’re really going to be [long-term].”

“But there seems to be, now, a light at the end of the tunnel in a lot of countries,” Jagger added. “I could see that light, so I thought I’d write a song about all the things that you’ve experienced in lockdown and now hopefully this is going to be the beginning of a bit more freedom.”

Good luck with that one, brown sugar!
