“A large group of youths have allegedly bashed and robbed beach goers in a wild brawl on the St Kilda foreshore in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Police said they struggled to contain the violent scenes as young people of African appearance fought each other and assaulted bystanders just before 3am.”
