Not much is known about the attack upon two US power substations. Although there are around 55, 000 such stations, engineers predict that it only requires nine stations to be taken out to bring down the entire power grid by cascading failure. This will be part of World War III, which will be unlike the last big war, with systems collapse, done by terrorist sleeper cells that awake.
