According to news we can “trust,” The New York Times:
“Two forces convulsing American politics found each other at President Trump’s rally in North Carolina this week: a sense of anxiety among white voters about their standing in a country that is growing more diverse, and a politician intent on stoking those worries. Surveys show fears among some white people that they are losing status in America, and those holding such views are increasingly aligned with the Republican Party. These voters perceive anti-white discrimination. A growing share say the nation risks losing its identity because of openness to foreigners. And many are concerned about what it will mean when non-Hispanic whites lose majority status, as demographic projections suggest will happen around 2045. A large if not majority share of white voters, and a majority of Republicans, say this change will threaten American customs and values — a prospect that they say makes them anxious, even angry. …”
First, TNYT put their claw right on the sore spot. But, Trump is not addressing anything, has not even put down one metre of “The Wall,” only repaired parts of the fence laid by Democrat presidents who did better border protection than him. Trump is simply a smoke screen to allow Anglo-American to make a quiet passage into the dark night, to be replaced by a new America, which will … what … still generate wealth for his 1 percenter friends (who intend to destroy him anyway)? Don’t count on it. Unless the super-elites are total nihilists, and suicidal, which is one reasonable hypothesis, the future of America is decay, already seen in cities like Detroit, and now LA, disappearing under a mountain of human waste and needles. And, Australians had better be concerned about what happens in America, because once America goes, Australia will be eaten up whole by the big predators out there. That is why trends need to be closely monitored.
This is what American diversity has produced at the moment, so it is only natural that Whites are concerned. Like in this political love letter to the Trumper:
“I would like to bring up something you tweeted recently: If Democrats want to unite around the foul language & racist hatred spewed from the mouths and actions of these very unpopular & unrepresentative Congresswomen, it will be interesting to see how it plays out. As usual, you are on the cutting edge of the Right among our elected leaders. Yes, the radical Left, as represented by these loathsome Congresswomen you mention, is indeed racist. It’s about time someone on the Right calls them out for it. But racist against whom? Here is what Representative Ilhan Omar recently said : “This is not going to be the country of the xenophobics. This is not going to be the country of white people.” And when Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was asked about a letter opposing Nancy Pelosi’s leadership in the House, she expressed skepticism by saying, “And when you actually look at the signatories, it is not necessarily reflective of the diversity of the party. We have about 16 signatories, 14 of them are male. There are very few people of color in the caucus.” Recently, when Rashida Tlaib’s office was asked if the Representative supported an event which promised to charge white people double the entry price, a staff member justified the practice by saying that “minorities should be lifted up in the face of white privilege” and that “it’s not racist if you aren’t a protected minority group.”
There’s more, of course. This kind of offensive language has been a necessary part of the Left for years. And for years, the mainstream Right has been ignoring it or playing along. You are the first person on the Right not to do that. This gives me hope that you understand the Left’s true agenda: racism against white people. This is the glue which holds their coalition together. This is what constitutes much of their identity. It’s not enough to be non-white. They must be anti-white. They hate you because you are white and because you understand this. You have the audacity not just to oppose their racism, but also to see their agenda for the sham it really is. They claim to be against racism while being openly racist themselves. They wish to implement a non-white takeover of the United States, all in the name of such rosy concepts as “diversity” and “tolerance.” This is why they promote unending immigration. This is why they wish to abolish our borders. This is why the wish to abolish you, Mr. President. By standing up for what’s right, you are standing up against their dishonest acquisition of power and their ultimate goal of oppressing and exploiting white people. Such people are without a shred of honor, and you are giving them the respect they deserve, good and hard.
This is why I hope Republicans will follow your lead of holding the Left to its own standards. Every time Democrats use the word “racist” against a Republican, that individual must throw that word back in their faces. Every time Democrats call for greater non-white immigration, Republicans must call for greater white immigration. Every time Democrats call for reparations for seventy-five years of slavery, Republicans must call for reparations for one hundred and fifty years of violent crime. Recently, the House of Representatives unanimously condemned White Nationalism and white supremacy. If Republican representatives knew how to fight as well as you do, Mr. President, they would have also called for the condemnation of non-white nationalism and non-white supremacy. After all, this is what the radical Left is up to, isn’t it? Why is one form of nationalism and supremacy acceptable and the other not? Why does the mainstream Republican establishment condemn people on the Right when they chant “Send her back!” (referring to Representative Omar) at one of your rallies, while no one on the Left condemns Omar for claiming that America will not be a country of white people? How much longer are we going to allow this double standard to work in our disfavor?”
All good questions, relevant to the situation right across the West, but fairly naïve, as most conservatives are about the sheer scope of the apocalypse facing the West. Slightly better:
“The escalation in political rancor in Washington has spread throughout the country and is likely to result next in violence following the “war of words,” according to a newly released survey. Not only that, but Americans who identify as Democrats are much more likely to say violence is coming than Republicans, though the figure is high on both sides of the political aisle. As reported by the Washington Examiner, some six-in-10 Republicans (61 percent) believe that violence between the political Right and Left is coming, while a whopping nine-in-10 Democrats think so: After a week that saw President Trump and his foes toss toxic words at each other, there is now a warning that the next phase could be “violence.” Nearly 8 of 10 Americans told the Pew Research Center that supporters for both sides could “act” on the politically charged rhetoric with violence. It was higher for Democrats, 91%, than Republicans, 61%. And they want politicians to cool it. “Americans broadly agree that elected officials should avoid using heated language because it could encourage violence. Nearly three-quarters of Americans (73%) say this, while just a quarter believe that elected officials ‘Should be able to use heated language to express themselves without worrying about whether some people may act on what they say,’” the Left-leaning center warned. “While majorities in both parties say officials should avoid heated language, this view is more widely held among Democrats (83%) than Republicans (61%),” the survey noted further. Not surprisingly, more respondents blamed POTUS Donald Trump for most of the heated rhetoric, but given the way he’s treated by Democratic politicians, Left-wing groups, and the Democrat-aligned propaganda media, that’s not surprising. “Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents overwhelmingly (84%) say Trump has changed political discourse for the worse. About half of Republicans and Republican leaners (49%) say he has changed it for the better, while 23% say he has changed it for the worse and 27% say he hasn’t changed it much either way,” Pew noted.”
The only puzzling thing is why Civil War II has not got hotter. But, one point of view on this at present is that it has only been a one-way affair at the moment, with the Left being the attackers.
