What if people decided to not pay for Osterweil’s book, but just looted it, which could be done for the hard copy? Did she think of that? Would she mind people taking her stuff? In fact, one reviewer I read, who gave the book a poor one-star review, still was happy with the price because he/she shoplifted it!
