And, the present Supreme Court does not care, it is so far decayed. Trump-appointed judges are little more than Democrats, a problem from the law schools turning out radical Leftists since the 1960s. And, it is no better in Australia, where while your constitution has a clearly defined separation of powers on paper between the executive and judiciary, in reality, legal decisions are always geared to public policy/political demands. Even Mabo, which on the face of it, challenged existing property law, was something that Keating at the time wanted, delivered for the UN. It is all part of one Deep State operation.

“Attorney Sidney Powell is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to immediately intervene in her lawsuits challenging the integrity and outcome of the 2020 elections in four states.

In an announcement on Friday, Powell said she had filed emergency requests to the nation’s top court, asking the justices to order officials in Georgia, Michigan, and Arizona to immediately de-certify their 2020 election results and to prevent the states’ presidential electors from casting votes in the electoral college.

An emergency filing is also anticipated for her Wisconsin case. The filings aim to maintain the status quo in the states in order to give the Supreme Court time to consider the allegations presented in her lawsuits.

“These cases raise constitutional issues and prove massive fraud. Our plaintiffs have standing ‘WeThePeople’ will not allow rigged elections,” she said in a Twitter statement on Friday.

The briefs have indicated that Powell’s legal teams are preparing to file a petition for a writ of certiorari—or a request—asking the high court to review lower courts’ rulings that dismissed her lawsuits in the four states that were dubbed “the kraken.” The lawyers have filed appeals to each states’ respective circuit courts but due to looming deadlines, the teams will file a simultaneous appeal to the top court.

Each state’s presidential electors are expected to meet on Dec. 14 and cast their electoral college vote.”

Let me predict now that SCOTUS just throws this out, unheard, on some further bs ruling, like lack of standing, or no case to answer. People must realise that this is all going through the motions, as is Trump, who has already made plans to move to Florida, to play golf. Hopefully, this controlled opposition/paper tiger, will be imprisoned, and may prove more useful to the rising resistance movement then, before he is Epsteined, than he ever was as Jared’s puppet, and pseudo-president. Grim, but the end of civilisations is never pleasant.

And if the election math was bad in 2020 (considering the now-SCOTUS-approved use of ChiCom Fraud-O-Matic vote switching machines, plus truckloads of bogus “mail-in” ballots (with no witnesses at the counting), then just imagine 2022, when 20 million (at least) illegal aliens will be amnestied and given a DemSocRat voter registration card on the same day. The implicit deal will be: Vote Rat, and the Rats will welcome the rest of your foreign family into the USA with no hassles.

Thus the rolling DemSocRat snowball becomes an unstoppable avalanche. This is how The Golden State became one-party Calizuela in one generation: motor-voter at the DMV for all comers, with no questions asked, ever.

I must say that this is optimistic about patriots, as most I see will collapse when the blow torches are put on them, human enough.
