“A lawyer for President Donald Trump’s campaign said the team is preparing to file a lawsuit soon alleging that 40,000 people voted twice in Nevada, which, if true, could potentially erase Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s lead. Trump attorney Jesse R. Binnall, speaking to Fox Business Wednesday, said that they found evidence of “real voter fraud” including “thousands of thousands of instances” in Nevada that will be submitted to a court in the Silver State.
There are “instances of 40,000-plus people who have voted twice in the election,” Binnall remarked.
He did not provide a source, such as an affidavit or a whistleblower, for his claim but later said lawyers will present evidence to the court. It’s not clear where the bulk of the alleged fraudulent ballots were cast in the state.
Binnall, who helped defend retired Lt. Gen Michael Flynn, also said that some people who said they were recorded as having voted via mail never received ballots and told Trump’s team that they didn’t vote.
Nevada Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske’s office has not yet responded to a request for comment. Cegavske has released few public statements since the Nov. 3 election.
Several weeks ago, in response to allegations of fraud, Clark County Registrar of Voters Joe Gloria’s office told The Associated Press that Trump’s campaign’s “complaints … misstate and misrepresent evidence” and claimed they “parrot erroneous allegations made by partisans without first-hand knowledge of the facts.”
Earlier this week, Nevada Republicans dropped a lawsuit that claimed that people who no longer live in the state illegally cast ballots. It was later revealed that the addresses and zip codes in the lawsuit belonged to a number of military families and students who are legally able to vote in Nevada.
But in another instance, a data scientist, Dorothy Morgan, said there was an inexplicable jump in voter registrations with unusual addresses and incomplete information.
In an affidavit, Morgan said she spotted a “historically strange” increase in voter registrations missing the sex and age of the voter, as well as registrations where casinos and RV parks are provided as “their home or mailing addresses” in the Third Congressional District, which covers much of Clark County and Las Vegas.
“This investigation found over 13,000 voters whose voter registration information revealed no sex or date of birth. Not only does this mean we cannot verify whether these voters are old enough to vote, it is also historically strange: While one does not expect voter registration information to be perfect, it is very strange that there were very, very few of these kinds of imperfect records with missing or invalid information until this year—when there are 13,372 of them,” she said, according to an affidavit obtained by the Washington Examiner.”
“Former US Postal Service subcontractor Ethan Pease alleged USPS workers were ordered to backdate ballots received too late so that they could be lawfully counted, detailing the allegation during a Tuesday press conference hosted by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society.
Pease explained he worked as a temporary hire at United Mailing Services (UMS), a USPS subcontractor in Wisconsin, in the weeks leading up to Election Day.
He worked as a route driver, delivering mail to UMS for sorting, and he would transport it to USPS. In September and October, he delivered mail-in ballots from UMS to USPS.
“On November 2, 2020, I noticed that there was only one ballot in the bin for delivery to USPS. And on November 3, Election Day, there were no ballots in the bin for delivery,” he said.
“One can imagine my surprise then when the next day, November 4, I was asked by a senior USPS employee … if I had forgotten any ballots the night before,” he continued, explaining the senior employee detailed an order down from the Wisconsin-Illinois chapter of USPS, which claimed that 100,000 ballots were missing.
The senior USPS employee told Pease his post office had dispatched employees to search for the missing ballots at 4 a.m. and only recovered seven or eight at UMS.
“Based on my previous experience and habit of double-checking for ballots, I believe that to be a lie,” he explained.
Pease went on to detail a conversation he had with another USPS employee the following day, who admitted that USPS employees were “ordered to backdate ballots that were received too late to be lawfully counted.”
“A woman who said she was a poll observer at the TCF Center in Detroit on Election Day testified in front of a Michigan State Senate hearing that she saw numerous military ballots that looked like “Xerox copies” and were all allegedly marked for Democrat Joe Biden.
The woman, who only identified herself as Patty and said she has nine years’ worth of experience, told the lawmakers that “military ballots … looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies of the ballot. They were all for Biden across the board; there wasn’t a single Trump vote.”
“None of the voters [were] registered,” and election workers “had to manually enter the names and addresses and a birth date of 1/1/2020, which would override the system and allow them to enter nonregistered voters, of which I saw several … throughout the day,” Patty said.
The woman said that when she and other GOP observers tried to challenge them, election officials “would tell us ‘no.’”
At one point, the poll observer alleged that when military ballots came in, she and others were told by election officials “to take a break.”
“There were lots of agitators at the TCF Center” who allegedly worked on “behalf of the Democrat Party,” Patty also told lawmakers. She added that GOP poll observers were told to go upstairs to eat while the purported agitators and Democratic poll challengers got food brought in and were able to eat on the same floor, suggesting the unequal treatment of observers.
None of the bipartisan group of lawmakers disputed her account. She provided no other details.
Michigan’s Secretary of State’s office has not responded to a request for comment.
John James, a Republican candidate for the U.S. Senate, has said he received multiple reports of irregularities and abnormalities in Detroit’s TCF Center on Election Night, including poll challengers and poll workers who reported feeling harassed and unable to do their jobs.
In an interview with The Epoch Times, Melissa Carone—a freelance IT contractor who worked at the TCF Center for Dominion Voting Systems—alleged that she saw “countless workers rescanning the batches without discarding them first” on Election Day and beyond. Carone also testified at the Tuesday hearing, saying that she saw workers rescanning ballots up to “8 to 10 times.”
Dominion has said, in response to other allegations, that “no credible reports or evidence of any software issues exist,” while saying that “vote counts are conducted by county and state election officials, not by Dominion.”
What we are witnessing each day is one of the most openly corrupt events in human history, being mechanically processed by the evil establishment. So arrogant are they that they do all of the above, and more, with utter contempt for the deplorables. And, America is not unique, just more visibly corrupt than other Western nations. As for the rest, they never embraced the experiment of democracy in the first place, keeping with dictatorships from tribal days, until now.
