CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery says an illegal surveillance program known as “THE HAMMER” was used as a cyberweapon by both foreign and domestic actors to manipulate the vote against President Donald Trump.
Montgomery’s compelling case suggests that China and Russia were both involved, as was Iran, Iraq and Pakistan. Montgomery says he knows each of the specific locations where the heist was pulled, as well as the associated dates and times.
Montgomery knows all this because he helped develop it through contracts with the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the U.S. Air Force, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Director of National Intelligence (DNI), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and many other “deep state” agencies.
“THE HAMMER had been a tool for foreign surveillance until February 2009, at which time Brennan and Clapper commandeered it and turned it against America by transforming THE HAMMER into an illegal domestic surveillance tool,” write Mary Fanning and Alan Jones.
“Fourth Amendment violations happened under Brennan and Clapper on a massive scale, under the Obama-Biden administration,” they add. “The Obama-Biden Administration, with Brennan and Clapper, took THE HAMMER with them when they left office. They stole the keys to the kingdom.”

Last person to require SCORECARD source code was James Comey under Obama and Biden
Not only is there a “HAMMER” in the United States, but there is also a second one in the United Kingdom and a third one in China, Montgomery contends. Each of these HAMMERs was used to steal the 2020 election from Trump.
“It is worth noting that foreign adversaries wanted to place their preferred candidates Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the White House, negating the American people’s vote,” Fanning and Jones further explain.
While Montgomery says he did not provide THE HAMMER to either the U.K. or China, and the same goes for the associated source code for “SCORECARD,” the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Justice (DoJ), and the CIA all have it in their possession and likely shared it.
The last person to require the source code for SCORECARD was none other than shamed former FBI Director James Comey under the Obama-Biden administration. This source code was reportedly a requirement for Comey under Montgomery’s two 2015 immunity agreements.
Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an IT expert, agrees with Montgomery that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump and handed to Biden and Harris. He revealed in a sworn affidavit that Dominion Voting Systems machines, which were tampered with using HAMMER and SCORECARD, are prone to hacking and were probably designed specifically for this purpose.
Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia’s credentials include a lengthy stint with the DoD and various other intelligence community agencies, including the CIA, the DIA, the National Security Agency (NSA), and DHS.
Lt. General Michal Flynn (U.S. Army Ret.), the former director of the DIA and Trump’s first National Security Advisor, also agrees that HAMMER and SCORECARD were used to steal the 2020 election for Biden.
“This was not just the theft of an election,” Fanning and Jones explain. “[T]his was the very theft of America herself … If the theft of this landslide election for President Trump is successful, there will never be another fair election in America.”
That is something Trump never discussed in his token claim of running in 2024, because if he cannot win now, he cannot win then. It is a dictatorship of the communist Left, forever. Think long and hard about that, and be afraid, very afraid.
