Hillary Clinton on her Twitter has said:
“When I was a little girl, I wrote to NASA and told them I dreamed of being an astronaut. They wrote back and said they weren't taking girls. A new generation of little girls watched today's historic spacewalk. May their dreams of reaching the stars have no bounds.”
Well did she write that letter, and did big bad NASA give the alleged sexist reply? Well, NASA formed in 1958, and by a “little girl,” probably she means being around 10 or so. That puts the date of the alleged letter in the late 1960s or early 1970s. However, the Civil Rights Act came into force in 1964, so that would have bound NASA. Nope, another lie from frustrated Hillary. Doesn’t she have something better to do with her time?
